L ocations marked as [Deliver] require bundle pick-up for delivery, monitori ng and replacement. At locations marked as [Monitor], the initial bundle w ill already be delivered; volunteers must monitor and replace Guides as ne eded. Check each Slot description for detailed location and delivery instr uctions. English-language Voters' Guides will be ready for pickup about Se ptember 24, and Spanish Voters’ Guides will be ready about October 9. Pick up at the League office at 27 Wood Lane, Rockville. Bundles will need a l abel that will be emailed to you for printing. If the site requires both S panish and English, the volunteer must pick up and deliver both versions w hen ready. We will send a notice to volunteers when Guides are available.< /span>
PLEASE NOTE: ; Because the Volunteering si gn-up page set-up format requires a date/time entry, the sign-up slot desc riptions are set for September 25 from 11 am to 4 pm. Notwithstanding , please pick up the Guides as they become available and continue to monit or until Election Day on November 3.
After the election, tally the number of Guides replaced and how many were left before removing and returning them to the League of fice. Email your tally and any comments about the location (such as addres s or contact information changes) to the Voters' Guide Distribution Coordi nator at votersguidedistr@lwvmocomd.org.
