Locations marked as [Deliver] require bundle pick-up for delivery, monitoring and replacem ent. At locations marked as [Monitor], the initial bundle will already be delivered; volunteers must monitor and replace Guides as needed. Check eac h Slot description for detailed location and delivery instructions.
English-language Voters' Guides will be ready for pickup about September 24, and Spanish Voters’ G uides will be ready about October 9. Pick up at the League office at 27 Wo od Lane, Rockville. Bundles will need a label that will be emailed to you for printing. If the site requires both Spanish and English, the volunteer must pick up and deliver both versions when ready. We will send a notice to volunteers when Guides are available. PLEASE NOTE: &n bsp;Because the Volunteering sign-up page set-up format requires a date/ti me entry, the sign-up slot descriptions are set for September 25 from 11 a m to 4 pm. Notwithstanding, please pick up the Guides as they become available and continue to monitor until Election Day on November 3.
After the election, t ally the number of Guides replaced and how many were left before removing and returning them to the League office. Email your tally and any comments about the location (such as address or contact information changes) to th e Voters' Guide Distribution Coordinator at votersgui dedistr@lwvmocomd.org.
