Locations marked as [Deliver] require bund le pick-up for delivery, monitoring and replacement. At locations marked a s [Monitor], the initial bundle will already be delivered; volunteers must monitor and replace Guides as needed. Check each Slot description for det ailed location and delivery instructions.
English-language Voters' Guides will be ready for pickup about September 24, and Spanish Voters’ Guides will be ready about October 9. Pick up at the League office at 27 Wood Lane, Rockville. Bundle s will need a label that will be emailed to you for printing. If the site requires both Spanish and English, the volunteer must pick up and deliver both versions when ready. We will send a notice to volunteers when Guides are available. PLEASE NOTE:&nb sp; Because the Volunteeri ng sign-up page set-up format requires a date/time entry, the sign-up slot descriptions are set for September 25 from 11 am to 4 pm. Notwithsta nding, please pick up the Guides as they become available and continue to monitor until Election Day on November 3.
