Locations ma rked as [Deliver] require bundle pick-up for delivery, monitoring and repl acement. At locations marked as [Monitor], the initial bundle will already be delivered; volunteers must monitor and replace Guides as needed. Check each Slot description for detailed location and delivery instructions.
English-language Vot ers' Guides will be ready for pickup about September 24, and Spanish Voter s’ Guides will be ready about October 9. Pick up at the League office at 2 7 Wood Lane, Rockville. Bundles will need a label that will be emailed to you for printing. If the site requires both Spanish and English, the volun teer must pick up and deliver both versions when ready. We will send a not ice to volunteers when Guides are available. PLEASE NOTE: Because the Volunteering sign-up page set-up format requires a dat e/time entry, the sign-up slot descriptions are set for September 25 from 11 am to 4 pm. Notwithstanding, please pick up the Guides as they bec ome available and continue to monitor until Election Day on November 3.
After the electio n, tally the number of Guides replaced and how many were left before remov ing and returning them to the League office. Email your tally and any comm ents about the location (such as address or contact information changes) t o the Voters' Guide Distribution Coordinator at voter sguidedistr@lwvmocomd.org.
